Jack has over 15 years of experience associated with Law Enforcement, Security, Loss Prevention, Investigations & Executive Protection. 16 years experience as a firearms Instructor. Certified Gunsmith & Glock Armorer. Trained in modern firearms training & shooting range development. Licenses & Certifications listed below. Founder of the Combat Practical System.

Theresa Simons: Range Manager
Theresa Simons is the Range Manager of the Springs Road Gun Club. Theresa sees over all operations at the range and has over 16 years of management experience.
Renee Simons: Administrative Assistant, Apprentice Instructor
Renee Simons is currently a high school student and is envolved in the Navy JRROTC program and holds the rank of LT. Renee has also assisted in creating the first JR Naval Aviation Academy. Renee has successfully completed the NRA Pistol Instructor course and holds the rank Apprentice Instructor.
Jeff Williams: Assistant Chief Range Officer
Jeff is the range’s Assitant manager and Senior Range Safety Officer and is in charge of Range Maintenance. Jeff also serves as Springs Road Gun Club’s in house armorer.

Chad Sigmon: Range Safety Officer, Instructor
Chad has over 14 years as a Licensed Private Investigator. During this time he has conducted many Civil & Criminal Investigations, including Armed Executive Protection, Hostile Terminations, and Armed & Unarmed Security.

Vincent has over 15 years of combined Security, Law Enforcement, Lost Prevention and US Military Experience. Vincent served as an engineer with NC National Guard and served 2 years on the NC National Guard Quick Reaction Force and held the rank of SGT. Vincent also served at Fort Mead Maryland as Military Security Enforcement/Force Protection and also served at the Wright Brother Centennial Anniversary as Force Protection.Vincent is also trained in modern firearms training & shooting range development.

Richard Moore: Instructor – Reverend
Richard Moore is a native and resident of Cabarrus County, Richard is a life-long shooter and shooting sports enthusiast. He retired after 28 years as a computer engineer from IBM, was ordained into the Christian ministry in 2009 and serves as a pulpit supply minister at various churches in and around Cabarrus County. Richard’s primary intructor responsibilities include NRA First Steps classes, SRGC Basic Classes and AR-15 Carbine classes.

Ralph Harper: Instructor
Ralph has over 25 years of combined Military and Law Enforcement experience. Within this time Ralph has acquired experience in the areas of criminal patrol, investigations, narcotics, low and high risk special operations, detention and court security, prisoner transport and protective details. He has attended numerous courses and seminars on tactics, use of force legal aspects and updates. Ralph is currently serving as an active Deputy Sheriff assigned to his agencies uniform patrol division and special response team.

Andy Adams: Armorer
Andy is Springs Road Gun Club’s Armorer and is a graduate of Montgomery Community College’s Gunsmithing School, one of the top gunsmithing schools in the nation. Andy has over 25 years as an armorer and is the current owner of AA Gunsmithing. Andy has also successfully developed the AA Sound suppressor, the AA AR-15 and assisted in developing the G9 SMG. Andy specializes in manufacturing and deveploping NFA firearms.
